Open Call 2025 applicants are welcomed to sign up for 20 minute online portfolio reviews with Elise Butterfield.

An experienced reviewer, Elise will offer individualized feedback for strong applications to our open call and those at large. These slots are meant for applicants with little to no experience crafting applications for exhibition. Sign up below for slots that occur in 20 minute increments from 6-9 pm. You will be emailed a link to the video call 1-3 days before your review time.

Elise is a graduate of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago dual Masters program in Arts Administration & Policy and Contemporary Art History. She also holds BAs from the University of Washington in Dance and International Studies. She has a background in dance, disability, curation, and arts programming.

Before moving to Chicago, Elise worked as the Programs and Gallery Director at Art Access in Salt Lake City, Utah.
