As an entity operating in a city owned public space, Comfort Station accepts outside submissions for any events or program series that fits our mission of providing unique experiences that are open and free to the public. If you have an idea for an event and need a place to host it, we encourage you to submit it here. When submitting, please make sure to provide a link to a website, CV, and/or anything else that we can see to get a better sense of the background for your proposal. If we think it's a good fit we'll be in touch. All Comfort Station events are free, but we encourage donations and if you are running an event at Comfort Station any donations that come in during your program are yours to keep.

For all accepted submissions, Comfort Station will provide a staffer from our team to host you and help with set up and break down, tables and chairs, access to AV equipment (operated by our staffer), and assistance in marketing the event through our social media and eblasts.

All events at Comfort Station must be alcohol free.

Our art exhibitions are selected through an open call once a year, announced in late summer/early fall of each year. We are not currently accepting proposals.
