al kolot (5th.sound) is a Chicago-based pianist and composer whose work bridges classical and jazz improvisation with electronic music. Combining experimental piano techniques and synthesizers, al juxtaposes textured synth patterns with piano harmony to explore electro-acoustic soundscapes.

al collaborated with the Harvard Library Innovation Lab on Alterspace, an immersive, patron-directed audio-visual environment. In 2019 they held musician residencies at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity and the Kimmel Harding Nelson Center for the Arts.

ragenap+dathon is the collaborative project of Joel Berk (ragenap) and Corey Lyons (dathon). Together, they weave meditative, intricate and immersive soundscapes that explore the outer reaches of drone, minimalism, and free improvisation. Each set is a unique journey, building on a foundation of coiled points and harmonic textures before pushing towards the dark star.

tat songs is a Chicago based solo guitar synth project that began in 2016 in Amherst Massachusetts, I have played all over the city since moving here in 2021, including Comfort Station on 8/1/25
