Day of the Dead: Marylu Herrera

Join us on our public lawn in the lead up to our 2nd annual Day of the Dead celebration!

Chicago-born and -based artist Marylu Herrera leads a demonstration of how she constructs her coronas, an anchor of her studio practice. She will also have nichos, small skeleton dioramas used as portable shrines to loved ones, for visitors to color and take with them.

Free tamales and aguas frescas provided!
