Comic book and sci-fi culture has long been the source of inspiration for movie-makers, and the rise of affordable digitial equipment has meant that it's easy to make a fan film based on your favorite characters. But the The world of fan films existed long before the invention of YouTube, and we'll be presenting two hours worth of fan films from the days before easy distribution, featuring Spider-Man, Star Trek, Doctor Who and, of course, Mary Worth.
