Comfort Society is a weekly series that invites attendees to hear a lecture, participate in a workshop, discuss evocative topics, and learn something new every Sunday at 1pm during the farmer's market. Comfort Society is proudly sponsored by Intelligentsia Logan Square.
This week, Luan Joy Sherman and sair goetz discuss Respite Station - an incubator, archive, and experiment in community building that exists to highlight queer and trans narratives through public programming and radio broadcasts. This project aims to capture the depth and nuance of queer and trans existence by including a wide range of narratives and utilizing an online archive format to collect and honor multiple perspectives and experiences.
