Dried Spider play psychedelic soul music. The project is the creative offering of Australian multi-instrumentalist Matty Witney, who assembled a Chicago incarnation of the band in 2017. Their live set is often described as transportive; weaving elements of jazz, soul, indie and arty folk into a sound that is lyrical and innovative. Full length album out in the fall of 2019.
