In response to the distortion and manipulation of information that is still seen today about the Mapuche people and behavior, she is very clear in her speech and thinking: ‘We in our spirit are people of peace and good hearts. That is what we are, the Mapuche people. The construction of the violent stereotype corresponds to the media. We are no longer deceiving ourselves, we know that is the case. The response to any oppression is resistance, says Adrián Moyano.
